Founded in 1954, Sinotruk Qingdao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (Sinotruk). As one of the earliest enterprises in China engaged in the manufacturing of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), it holds a full range of qualifications and complete system certifications. Recognized as a "National Automobile Complete Vehicle Export Base", it was awarded the Qingdao "Mayor's Quality Award" and the title of "Leading Enterprise" in China's SPV industry in 2018. Located in Qingdao High-tech Zone, the company covers an area of over 800 mu with a registered capital of CNY 339.54 million. It is equipped with more than 1,500 sets of key production equipment and employs over 800 staff, among whom more than 100 are engineering and technical personnel. The company has an annual production capacity of over 20,000 various SPVs and special vehicles, as well as more than 20,000 sets of hydraulic systems.

  With over 70 years of development and accumulation, the company has built profound technical strength through independent innovation and the assimilation and re-innovation of imported technologies. It has established itself as a technical leader in the heavy-duty SPV industry and developed strong R&D capabilities for SPVs and hydraulic components. Its product portfolio includes more than 300 variants across four major series: dump-type, construction-type, sanitation-type, and special vehicles. It also produces more than 50 types of key assemblies and components, such as hydraulic lifting systems for heavy-duty dump trucks. These products are widely applied in engineering construction, architecture, environmental sanitation, airports, logistics and other fields, continuously meeting the needs of domestic and international markets. In recent years, the company has achieved an annual production and sales volume of 20,000 SPVs with annual sales revenue exceeding CNY 4 billion. It has consistently ranked among the top in China's heavy-duty SPV industry in terms of production and sales volume, export volume, and foreign exchange earnings from self-run exports, driving the company to achieve steady progress and reach new heights.
