SINOTRUK Holds 2025 Economic Performance Review and Leadership Reporting Conference

On January 22, SINOTRUK convened the 2025 Economic Performance Review and Leadership Reporting Conference to study and implement the guiding principles of the speech delivered by Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, at the Group’s 2026 Annual Work Conference, and to make arrangements for upcoming priorities. The meeting was presided over by Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of SINOTRUK, who delivered a keynote address.

The meeting first conveyed and studied the key messages from Shandong Heavy Industry Group’s 2026 Annual Work Conference, emphasizing the need for thorough understanding and effective implementation across the Group. Participants were encouraged to align these directives closely with SINOTRUK’s development realities, conduct sound planning, and ensure all initiatives deliver tangible results. A comprehensive review of SINOTRUK’s 2025 economic performance was conducted, including detailed analysis and systematic reflection. Senior executives presented work reports covering 2025 performance, identified challenges, and outlined priorities and plans for 2026.

The meeting noted that 2026 will be a pivotal year for the Group to build on momentum and achieve new breakthroughs. With higher development expectations set by Shandong Heavy Industry Group and an increasingly complex market environment, the responsibilities for the year ahead are significant. All departments and business units were urged to maintain a strong focus on problem identification, goal orientation, and results-driven execution. The leadership reporting process should serve not only as a platform for identifying gaps, but also as an opportunity for learning, exchange, and capability enhancement—ultimately improving management performance and operational effectiveness to secure a strong start for the year.

The meeting emphasized that in 2026, the Group should aim for higher goals while demonstrating proactive leadership and resilience. In the domestic market, while consolidating its leading sales position, the Group will strive for comprehensive leadership in product quality, delivery capability, and service systems. In international markets, the Group will respond actively to intensified competition, strengthening both defensive and offensive market strategies to achieve new breakthroughs in overseas business development. All leadership members were called upon to play a leading and exemplary role, taking responsibility, demonstrating initiative, translating strategic objectives into concrete actions, and converting work plans into measurable results. Departments and business units were urged to reflect deeply on the challenges and weaknesses exposed in 2025 operations, implement targeted corrective actions, and adopt a determined approach toward achieving the Group’s ten major strategic tasks for 2026. The meeting stressed unwavering commitment to fulfilling annual objectives, effectively executing tasks assigned by Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and driving continued performance improvement and new development breakthroughs.

More than 360 participants attended the meeting both online and offline, including: members of the SINOTRUK leadership team and board directors, senior executives at assistant president and director levels, managers at assistant level and above as well as experts at Level 4 and above within the Group.
