Lead Tech, Share Gain | SINOTRUK Hosts 2026 Special Purpose Vehicle Partners Conference

On January 28, SINOTRUK successfully hosted the 2026 Special Purpose Vehicle Partners Conference in Suizhou, Hubei Province—widely known as China’s “Capital of Special-Purpose Vehicles”—under the theme “Lead Tech, Share Gain.” More than 700 partners, customers, and media representatives gathered at the event to explore cutting-edge technologies, discuss industry trends, and chart new development opportunities for China’s commercial vehicle sector.

Over the past year, SINOTRUK worked closely with partners to achieve broad market breakthroughs across various special-purpose vehicle segments. Market performance and customer recognition continued to improve, with annual special vehicle sales reaching a record 38,000 units. Among these, market share in high-end heavy-duty special-purpose vehicles for firefighting and emergency response exceeded 75%, industry leadership in heavy-duty recovery trucks, road maintenance vehicles, bulk powder tank trucks, and light-duty flatbed truck segments maintained, market share steadily increased in sanitation vehicles, truck-mounted cranes, hazardous chemical transport vehicles, and other key niche markets. These achievements underscore SINOTRUK’s comprehensive product strength and leadership in the special vehicle sector.

SINOTRUK continues to prioritize forward-looking R&D and demand-driven innovation, strengthening product competitiveness while delivering intelligent, high-efficiency lifecycle solutions tailored to specific operational scenarios. From customized body integration and intelligent feature embedding to the Group’s signature “Family Care Service” support system, SINOTRUK has successfully transitioned from simply selling vehicles to empowering customer operations.

At the conference, SINOTRUK presented a range of complete vehicles and key components demonstrating its technological strengths in the special-purpose vehicle field. The SITRAK G7M pure electric sanitation truck, equipped with SINOTRUK’s independently developed electric motor, delivers rated power of 340 kW and peak power of 490 kW, combining high reliability, low energy consumption, and extended driving range—making it an ideal solution for low-carbon intelligent operations. The HOWO TX pure electric road sweeper, a benchmark in intelligent sanitation equipment, features SINOTRUK’s next-generation electric drive axle and highly integrated six-in-one controller, enabling precise calibration tailored to specific operational scenarios while setting new standards in reliability and energy efficiency. SINOTRUK also introduced China’s first HOWO light-duty oilfield service truck-mounted crane with a 7-ton five-section boom extending 14.8 meters, providing exceptional lifting capability for complex operational environments. Meanwhile, the Onegard V camping vehicle demonstrated flexible body design and professional configurations, expanding multifunctional and cross-scenario applications in the light vehicle segment.

HOWMAN vehicles and Chengdu Wangpai also showcased key products at the event. HOWMAN recovery trucks stood out for their strong power-train performance, high load capacity, and durability, making them ideal for road rescue and equipment transport operations. Chengdu Wangpai’s pure electric garbage truck, featuring multi-bin capability and extended range, offers efficient solutions for flexible waste collection operations.

The comprehensive lineup of specialized vehicles covering diverse operational scenarios not only injects strong momentum into customers’ businesses but also supports operational upgrades and value growth, further consolidating SINOTRUK’s differentiated competitiveness in the special-purpose vehicle market.

Looking ahead in 2026, SINOTRUK’s special-purpose vehicle business will focus on four strategic priorities: product excellence, ecosystem development, marketing transformation and global expansion.
