To comprehensively review the achievements of SINOTRUK’s “Young Talent Foundation Program”, recognize outstanding new employees and internship units, and encourage young professionals to take on responsibilities and contribute actively to the Group’s high-quality development journey, SINOTRUK held the 2025 New Employee Internship Recognition Conference and New Employee Cultural Showcase on January 7. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary, Director and Chairman of the Labor Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of SINOTRUK, delivered remarks and presented awards. Liu Wei, Deputy Party Secretary, Director and President of SINOTRUK, also attended the event and presented awards. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union of SINOTRUK, presided over the conference and announced the commendation decisions.

On behalf of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Ye Jianjun extended warm greetings and best wishes to the 2025 cohort of new employees. He noted that over the past year, all employees of Shandong Heavy Industry Group advanced with determination under the spirit of “never settle, always lead and forever dominate,” pushing the Group’s business performance to new heights. He emphasized that talent remains the Group’s most valuable asset. Standing at a new historical starting point, Shandong Heavy Industry will continue to pursue its goal of becoming a world-class enterprise while improving top-level talent development design and institutional support. He encouraged SINOTRUK to further play its leading role by focusing on key technologies and critical fields to build an industry-influential talent hub. He expressed the hope that new employees would seize historic opportunities, grow together with the enterprise, and contribute their youth, wisdom, and strength to the continued advancement of the Group and China’s manufacturing industry.

Liu Zhengtao stated that in 2025, under the strong leadership of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, all employees of SINOTRUK worked with dedication and innovation, achieving the milestone of ranking first globally in heavy-duty truck sales. He stressed that sustainable high-quality development relies fundamentally on strong talent support. Since its launch, the Young Talent Foundation Program has provided a solid platform for new employees’ growth, effectively stimulating vitality and creativity among emerging talent. SINOTRUK will continue implementing Shandong Heavy Industry Group’s talent strategy by broadening development channels and fostering a supportive environment for talent cultivation. He encouraged new employees to inherit SINOTRUK’s tradition of perseverance and determination, grow on the broad platform provided by Shandong Heavy Industry and SINOTRUK, and create achievements worthy of both the era and their youth.

The conference announced the Decision on Commending Outstanding Internship Management Units, Outstanding Growth Award Winners, and Outstanding Improvement Award Winners under the Young Talent Program 2025, followed by an award ceremony recognizing exemplary internship units, outstanding new employees, and improvement projects.

The cultural showcase, themed “Igniting the Future Through Unity and New Strength,” vividly portrayed the journey of new employees—from their initial transition into the workplace to gaining frontline experience, integrating into teams, and taking on responsibilities—highlighting the vitality and potential of SINOTRUK’s new generation workforce.

To further support new employees’ growth, a special experience-sharing session titled “My Growth Journey” was held after the conference. Outstanding employee representatives from production management, R&D, and intelligent manufacturing shared their personal development experiences and practical insights. They encouraged new employees to enhance their capabilities through hands-on work, root their aspirations in the development of China’s advanced manufacturing industry, and grow into capable professionals ready to shoulder significant responsibilities within SINOTRUK.

More than 600 participants attended the event, including: relevant leaders from Shandong Heavy Industry Group, director-level and above executives of SINOTRUK, heads of functional departments and subsidiaries and all newly recruited employees of the 2025 intake.
