Today, Zhong Tong Bus has a solid and complete after-sale service system, mainly referring to the Service Center at the Marketing Headquarters supported by 8 service offices and multiple franchised service stations. In this new 3-tier after-sale service system, the Service Center at the Marketing Headquarters is responsible for managing the service system and providing logistics for it. The service offices, established in central cities of respective territories where marketing branches are located, are responsible for managing and implementing the service within the territory. And the franchised service stations provide the customer service within their territories.
